By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you agree that you have read and understand the rules, guidelines and functionality listed below. All defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, or illegal materials are strictly prohibited. Missouri Dental Association reserves the right to immediately remove any items from your Solution Center page that falls into this definition.
Do not post any information or other material protected by copyright without the permission of the copyright owner. By posting material, the posting party warrants and represents that he or she owns the copyright with respect to such material or has received permission from the copyright owner.

The Solution Center is provided as a service for the members of Missouri Dental Association. Missouri Dental Association is not responsible for the opinions and information posted on the Solution Center by others. We disclaim all warranties with regard to information posted on this site; this disclaimer includes all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness. In no event shall Missouri Dental Association be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of any information posted in the Solution Center. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify Missouri Dental Association its officers, directors, employees, and agents and hold Missouri Dental Association its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, proceedings damages, injuries, liabilities losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys fees) relating to any acts or omissions by you or materials or information transmitted by you in connection with the Solution Center leading wholly or partially to claims against Missouri Dental Association, its officers, directors, employees, or agents or by other users or third parties. You agree that the law of the State of Illinois will apply to all matters relating to this Agreement and to the Solution Center. In addition, you agree and consent that, if there is ever any legal action against Missouri Dental Association, the state and federal courts located in Chicago, Illinois will have exclusive jurisdiction and be the exclusive venue for any such legal actions.
Missouri Dental Association does not actively monitor the site for inappropriate postings and does not on its own undertake editorial control of postings. However, in the event that any inappropriate posting is brought to the attention of Missouri Dental Association, appropriate action will be taken.
In order to provide the best possible product for Missouri Dental Association membership, Missouri Dental Association reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in the Solution Center for anyone who violates these rules.
